There is a new Renacer Rosé series.

The "Rosé Series by Renacer" project was initiated in 2019 by the winery's winemaking team and consists of making a high-end rosé wine each vintage from a different variety and micro-region.

After evaluating the different grapes that entered this year's harvest, Fernando Sota, Winemaking Manager decided to create a Merlot rosé that is characterized by its elegance.

Renacer Merlot Rosé comes from the town of Gualtallary in the Uco Valley, a region located between the departments of Tupungato and Tunuyán and crossed by the Las Tunas River. This micro-region has about 5200 ha planted. It includes different altitudes ranging from 1070 to 1650 m.a.s.l. and is characterized by light soils with fluvial deposits and sandy loam and silt loam sediments.

About the winemaking process Fernando says "This Merlot rosé is a wine that combines delicacy and elegance. The harvest of these grapes has a direct impact on the finished wine, it is harvested very early in the morning and preserves the freshness of the fruit". The winemaking method is a whole bunch pressing so that the grape juice can be extracted quickly, with less color and oxidation, and fermentation takes one month.

This wine is a limited edition of 4500 bottles, presented in case x 3 and box x 6. The packaging stands out for the use of the "Cartier" bottle, natural cork and a personalized metal pin as closure.

It is already available at the main wine shops in the country, Enogarage branches and the winery's Wine Shop. It is priced at $3850.
